Now that you have been using LINERLESS labelling technology for more than two years, how do you feel about our product? Has it met your needs?
OSCAR: It's been a positive experience. Considering the reliability and urgency we required, Linerless has met our needs.
How would you describe the reliability of LINERLESS technology?
OSCAR: We have been using this technology for more than two years, and during this time there have been no significant issues. Plus, the excellent service and delivery times for CONVER labels provide an element of confidence.
Considering the compact size of the labelling machine, has it been easy to integrate into your production lines?
OSCAR: Yes. We didn't have much space to work with, and we were easily able to install the label makers.
How has the image of your product improved after upgrading from top Linerless labels to C-Wrap labels?
OSCAR: The larger label size provides greater product information visibility and a better shelf image.
As the labels are produced with no paper backing, have you been able to reduce recycling costs?
OSCAR: Of course. There is no waste.
How many trays per minute can you print on your LINERLESS production line? Could you increase production if required without having to invest in new lines or equipment?
OSCAR: We are printing around 50 trays per minute, but we could increase this number significantly if our production needs so required.

Now that you have been using LINERLESS labelling technology for some time, how do you feel about our product? Has it met your needs?
JOSEP: We are quite satisfied. Linerless labels have been a key element of our new sustainable WinPack packaging system. Thanks to this system we can communicate all of the product benefits on the top and front side of the product, with legal information on the back, while packaging our product using a cardboard tray and MAP.
How has the image of your product improved with the use of Linerless labels?
JOSEP: It has allowed us to switch to a more sustainable packaging system, which is a significant element of the Roler strategy.
The Roler image we hope to attain still requires improvement in certain aspects related to the application of these labels, however. One of these areas is how to apply the label so that it wraps perfectly and tightly around the product. The shelf image we want for WinPack Roler should be perfect, and there is still room for improvement in this area.
Has the greater labelling speed had a positive influence on your production process?
JOSEP: We are attaining favourable results in label efficiency and speed, although we have not yet achieved our ultimate goal. In such a competitive sector we need to be as efficient as possible, and our new WinPack packaging system needs to stand up to the test.
